I have qualified as a Fitness, Aerobics and Spin Instructor in Hungary and now I am here to help you in reaching your goals without any pressure and stress.
In my childhood I had practiced volleyball and basketball for quite a long time, but 4 years ago I fall in love with the gym and started to transform my body. This big determination changed everything. At the beginning it was just a hobby but by today it has already become the biggest part of my life, I can’t imagine it anymore without sport.
I studied a lot about the human body, training methods and nutrition and it’s high time to share my knowledge and my experiences with you.
I specialized in aerobics classes like Circuit Training, Arke, Body Conditioning, Fatburning, HIIT Training and a new style of Indoor Cycling which one includes strenghtening exercises for the the upper body muscles and keeps your heartrate strictly in the aerobic zone.
If you wish to start with a one to one personal training session I am at your service with making up your workout plan and giving nutrition advices, as well. I can make you sure that I always will be there to motivate you!
Small group trainings are available so if you feel coming with friends, family members or colleagues do not hesitate to take the first step together towards your goals.

I am a qualified Fitness Instructor (Gym based Exercise). My studies includes training methods with free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipments.
I tried quite a few types of sport such as fencing, basketball, swimming, but nothing was as exciting and productive as lifting. When I was 18 years old I decided to change my life style and lose the unwanted 30 kgs. At that time my weight was 120kgs. Since than I know that nothing is impossible, one just needs to have faith and will power to achive their goals. My hobby has become a passion and profession. I would like my experience to inspire anybody who wants to take the first step.
I do TRX workouts, Iron Cross classes, which ones show you how to experience hardcore exercise using your own bodyweight and improve strength and stamina at the same time. I offer you a personalised training plan included some nutritional advices, body fat measurement. I provide one to one sessions or small group trainings, if you wish to come with someone. I support you in building muscles, weight loss, getting toned, or just keeping fit.
